Happy December! WOW, how did this year get to December already? it's just 24 days to Christmas, 177 days to TURKIYE!! (and if I go 108 days to the March convention in Irving Texas). So much to do, so much counting, lol. WHich makes me chuckle a little because at school I am constantly counting to the number of kids in the class (9), making sure I know where everyone is ALL the time.

Happy Friday, or in American this day is often referred to as "Black Friday" it's considered a big sale day for many stores in preparation for the Christmas Holiday. The name Black Friday comes from the fact that a lot of businesses go from the "red" to "black" (i,e, not yet profitable for the year to profitable for the year) on the Friday following thanksgiving. Nowadays, esp with computers and sales running 24-7 worldwide, I have to wonder if that is really true anymore.

Happy Tuesday everyone! Today I am going to the labs for some sort of liver testing. I think it's like an mri or scan? I don't really know. I guess I will find out when I get there. All i know if that I can't eat or drink and I had bad lab tests last physical that I got. BOO. SO, here's wishing for brighter days!

Happy Friday everyone. It's Foodie Friday at school and we'll be discovering something delicious for the kiddos today. I can't wait to see if they love it or not. Wishing you all a great day. Since it's Monday we will go for a walk at the Texas Capitol grounds with the kids. As you can imagine, it's a huge area, so there's much to see (statues and memorials) plus just general things that three year olds can learn about like local vegetation and insects...) One of their favorite places is what we call the "climbing tree" which is a tree that is low enough to the ground that we can climb on it.

Hope you are having a lovely weekend. I am at training, not in Austin, but in a city just north of us called Round Rock. It's at Kalahari Resorts. Not looking forward to paying Uber to take me there and back everyday. But I am looking for some personal growth as a teacher.
